Let’s Find the Right Fit
Evidence-Based Treatments Tailored to You
- Insight-Oriented Psychodynamic Therapy: Going beneath the surface/symptoms to uncover, understand, and process complex, long-standing relationship and behavioral patterns.
- Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT): Providing practical tools and actionable skills to help you function better in life, increase your ability to tolerate discomfort, regulate your emotions, and improve your relationships.
- Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) & Behavioral Therapy: Identify and learn to shift unhelpful thought patterns and behaviors to create meaningful change and more freedom in your inner and outer world.
- Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT) & Mindfulness-Based Therapy: Helping you stay grounded in the present moment, safely experience difficult emotions without judgment, and align your actions with your core values.
- Trauma Therapy & EMDR: Specialized forms of psychological treatment to help people process through and heal from distressing experiences. Some of these forms of therapy are more somatic (body-oriented) and help clients safely revisit painful past memories so they loosen their grip on the nervous system and present life experiences.
- Psychological Assessment: A structured process using interviews, tests, observations and other tools to build a clear picture of how someone thinks, feels and behaves—ultimately answering specific questions pertaining to mental health, diagnoses (such as ADHD or autism), learning or functioning.

Building Your Personalized Plan
Once you’ve connected with your primary clinician, you’ll collaboratively establish goals for treatment and build a personally tailored plan to achieve these goals. Depending on your clinical readiness and immediate needs, it might combine deep, exploratory work with highly practical, evidence-based coping skills.
Doing the Work Together
Growth requires deep engagement, but we provide a highly attuned, actively supportive clinical presence throughout the process. You will meet with your therapist regularly—either in our Denver office or via telehealth—to uncover deeper insight, master evidence-based tools, and create sustainable shifts in your daily life.

Truly Integrative, Universally Welcoming
You can see one of our clinicians for individual, couples or family therapy; you also have the option to add one of our DBT skills groups to your treatment plan for additional peer and skills-based support.
Just as our staff is interested in working with people with a wide range of psychological complaints, we also welcome people of any race, ethnicity, religion, sexual orientation, gender identity/expression, political opinion, culture and subculture. We look forward to getting to know you and helping you deepen your understanding of yourself!
FAQs:
What types of therapy do you offer?
We do not believe in a rigid, one-size-fits-all approach. While each clinician brings unique specializations to the practice, every provider on our team is highly skilled at integrating multiple modalities to personalize your care. Depending on your goals, your clinician may draw from Insight-Oriented Psychodynamic Therapy, Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), Mindfulness-Based Therapy, Trauma Therapy (including EMDR), and/or DBT skills. We work collaboratively with you to find the blend of therapies that will best translate to helping you in your everyday life.
Do you offer virtual therapy sessions/telehealth services in Colorado and out-of-state?
Yes. We understand that flexibility can be crucial to making therapy work for your life. We offer both in-person sessions at our Denver office and secure, HIPAA-compliant telehealth options via Zoom. You can choose the format that works best for you.
We are also able to offer teletherapy to some clients residing outside of Colorado. Many of our clinicians are credentialed with PSYPACT—an interstate agreement that allows psychologists to provide virtual care across participating state lines.
- Participating PSYPACT States include: AL, AZ, AR, CO, CT, DE, DC, FL, GA, ID, IL, IN, KS, KY, ME, MD, MI, MN, MS, MO, MT, NE, NV, NH, NJ, NC, ND, OH, OK, PA, RI, SC, SD, TN, TX, UT, VT, VA, WA, WV, WI, WY, and CNMI.
If you live in a non-PSYPACT state, we may still be able to see you depending on your state’s specific licensure laws. Please contact our intake coordinator to see if we can provide care in your home state.
Can I do individual therapy and join a DBT group?
Yes. In fact, many clients find that combining individual therapy (for deep personal exploration) with a DBT skills group (for practical, real-time skill-building) yields the most impactful results.
While you are always welcome to engage in individual therapy on its own, participation in our DBT groups does require that you are currently seeing an individual therapist. To make this as accessible as possible, we offer a uniquely flexible model: you can see one of our clinicians for your individual sessions or you are welcome to remain with a trusted therapist outside of Denver DBT while participating in our groups.
What populations do you work with?
We work with adults, teens, couples, and families. Whether you are navigating a specific challenge like trauma, anxiety, or borderline personality disorder, or you are seeking greater emotional balance and stronger relationships, we can help. You do not need a specific diagnosis to benefit from our care. We are committed to maintaining a welcoming space for all individuals.
How long will I need to be in therapy?
The timeline depends on your goals; some clients come to us for short-term, solution-focused care to navigate a difficult life transition, learn new coping skills, create behavioral shifts and/or increase their resilience. Others choose to engage in longer-term therapy to process complex trauma, uncover deep relational patterns, and shift deeply embedded life-long character traits. You are always in control of your therapeutic process; we collaborate with you to ensure you receive the support you need at a pace and for a duration that meets your needs.
How do I find a therapist who is the right fit?
Research consistently demonstrates that the relationship between you and your therapist is the most important factor in your growth. You deserve compassionate care from someone who helps you feel safe, combined with the specialized expertise to help you build new capability and call you up to your best self.
When you call for your initial consultation, our intake coordinator, Carrie, will learn more about you and intentionally match you with the clinician whose style, background, and specializations best align with your current needs. During the first few sessions, you will collaboratively decide on the best path forward—whether you need immediate, actionable tools to handle intense emotions or a more depth-oriented approach that can help you process complex past experiences.
